5. Paid Services and Refund Policy

Korea (Toss Payments): Once digital content has been accessed or unlocked, refunds are not available under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. International (Stripe): Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before the content has been accessed. Contact cyberkik@gmail.com for refund inquiries. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
